Great location. Great stuff. Very comfortable rooms. Beautiful setting inside the hotel. Loved the garden siting area full of plants hanging all over. Very peaceful after a long day touring the city. Will go back on our next visit to Sevilla

We stayed for two nights in June and despite the hot weather the hotel was a cool and tranquil oasis with a lovely courtyard and tinkling fountain. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room, whilst small, was comfortable. The breakfast was varied with great fresh fruit and pastries as well as eggs cooked as you required. The only downside was the relatively thin walls in the rooms as we were able to hear the neighbour's telephone conversation in the early hours of the morning.

Room tip: All the rooms seemed good but I would go for one looking onto the open courtyard

We were just here in June, a romantic getaway for my husband and myself. On a tiny street in the middle of the old district, tons of charm and character.
We had the best help from Luis, he was like a personal concierge and took great care of us. From help with our bags, to giving us directions, he really has his heart in this job and is personally concerned for your welfare. Couldn't say anything better about the service. The hotel courtyard is gorgeous and peaceful. Wifi is great throughout the hotel. Rooms are tiny, but expectedly so. AC worked great. The location is central and just a few turns from the cathedral. tons of restaurants all round. Once again we can't stress how comfortable we were here, Luis really went above and beyond and was so sweet and courteous. Great place, we are def going back.

Room tip: Top floor was great, all rooms face courtyard

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here in mid June. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed and ushered into the patio - more beautiful than the photos!

This is a lovely boutique hotel with all the amenities with a traditional plant-filled patio as the focus. The rooms are on 3 levels (ground, 1st, 2nd) and each upper level has patio furniture in the airy corridors. The room we had was beautifully appointed with comfortable and attractive furnishings, and was well-stocked with toiletries, had tea-making facilities and a safe.

The staff were very helpful and friendly with lots of advice and tips for good flamenco shows, tapas bars, and answered our many questions with promptness - we needed a sim card for our mobile and the gentleman at reception called round and found a store for us.

Breakfast was not included in our room rate, but at an additional 9 Euro it was worthwhile - I recommend having breakfast at the hotel in case you're an early riser and need a feed as some of the cafes may not be open. Either way, do have a look-in as the restaurant itself is very attractive.

In terms of other services they have a tea and coffee session with biscuits etc in the late afternoon free of charge and also have mini fridges stocked with water for hotel guests also free of charge. There's a quiet little library with a computer if you require it. I would happily stay here again if I ever get another chance to return to Seville! Do book in advance though if your stay includes the weekend; we stayed through the weekdays and had to switch hotels for the weekend.

Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

Thank you for your lovely and complete report and to sharing here on tripadvisor.

We are proud of our courtyard is the first contact that our guest have after make the check in plenty of plants, is a relaxing area with the fountain in the middle, good to make a first contact with what are you are going to find inside. Our rooms are really well decorated by our manager trying to have an armony with it.

We try as staff to share our knowledge of our city giving sincerly our personal option, we like that you appreciate that.

We recommend to taste our breakfast too, for 9€ per person and day you have a great breakfast in our restaurant to start the day with the best energy.

Thank you for your wonderful review if someday you would come back to Seville don't hesitate to contact us again

We loved this beautiful hotel and couldn't have imagined staying somewhere else. The courtyard is such a nice touch and a very welcoming area to relax in. We had room number 1 on the first floor and it was just perfect. It's also in a great location.

Dear rjvlovetotravel

Thanks a lot to share your opinion with us, we really glad for your first sentence.

The casa number 1 is one of our 2 junior suites (our best rooms) and is located with the door direcly on the courtyard, and is the only one on the ground floor, is a very relaxed area of the hotel with this nice touch that you said of the courtyard just in front of your door.

We hope you enjoyed the time you spent here

Best regards
David
