We could not have found a more perfectly located hotel for my other halves 50th. The hotel is small, boutique, quiet, sun terraced and spotlessly clean. We have just arrived home from staying in room 108. I have left my new evening bag behind by mistake and so I am hopeful this will be returned to me.
If I have any critism I would suggest a little more than one tea and coffee in the room, and some shade on the hottest days on the sun terrace as it really is a sun trap.
A fabulous stay, thank you.

Beautiful hotel, well appointed and comfortable rooms. Nice large bathroom with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. (,Only " issue" was an unpleasant odor when flushing of toilet)..new plumbing, older system?? Hotel is situated in a nice quiet area, but close walking to all the monuments and the river. Great breakfast, good coffee and juices. Greeted with glass of Cava. Then fresh fruit plate and waters. Very welcoming staff.

The hotel was ideally located for sightseeing and restaurants.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving useful advice on nearby restaurants which were worth visiting.
Breakfasts were very good and we had refreshments in the courtyard to relax and plan our next outing.
Our room was quite dark and needed the air conditioning on initially on entering to cool it down, otherwise very comfortable and quiet.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel tucked away in Arenal behind the Avenue Constitucion and close to the bullring. Friendly reception with lost of advice on places to visit and a welcome glass of cava. Room was spacious and clean with very good bathroom facilities. Nice little private terrace available with table and chairs. Some noise from over-exuberant English couples in the foyer kept us awake one night but reception soon sorted this out. We didn't try breakfast at 14 Euros it seemed expensive. Overall we were impressed.

Room tip: 2nd floor for quiet and views

This is a small and friendly hotel which is in the heart of Seville - but just a short walk from everything . From the taxi drop off I did think I had made a mistake as there no real frontage of a hotel - but actually it was perfect and I would stay again. The breakfast was everything you would want , fresh juice , coffee, pastries , cold meats, cheeses, fruites , breads , toast -everyone is very friendly - they even booked my tickets for the palace and printed them off. The taxi was €29 from the airport and we then got a taxi to catch a cruise ship which was on €6!
Perfect
