Location was perfect. Views from apartment exceptional and with the balcony doors open you can soak up the atmosphere of this beautiful city.
Apartment had everything you needed, spacious and clean. If I had to be picky I would say only one person shower at a time as water was very temperamental.
The holiday was fantastic, lots to see, wonderful Tapas and outstanding architecture.
We were traveling in Spain with 5 couples and this apartment was perfect for our needs. Very spacious, a bathroom for every bedroom, nice size well equipped kitchen. Marble floors, white columns, lots of charm. The living room was lovely, had a fireplace and nicely decorated with lots of light coming in through three large floor to ceiling Windows opening to a gorgeous view of Seville University. The back rooms border on the wall and beautiful gardens of the Royal Palace, and it is worth the trip to see this historical site. Some of the furniture was a little worn, especially the dining room table; we had to put blocks under one leg to keep it level. There is a washer dryer which is nice if you are traveling for an extended stay. The location was right in the heart of old Seville with many shops and restaurants within a very short walk. In ten minutes you can be at the Cathdral of Seville, a must see for travelers. It is an easy walk to the river, the bull ring, and many historical sights. You are close to transportation too. Be aware that the apartment is on a pedestrian only street so your cab from the train station or airport can only drop you off at the end of the street; remember this when you are packing because you will have to get your luggage to the end of the street on your own. If you call the rental agent he may be able to assist you. MY ONLY CAUTION: while we were there, when you walked into the lobby there was a very strong stench smelling like a sewer and you could also smell it when you entered the apartment. We noticed that there were many candles in the apartment so I am thinking this has been an issue for other renters. I would contact the rental agent and get assurances that this issue has been resolved before committing to the rent there. Candles and air fresheners are not helpful. We smelled the odor in other areas of Seville while walking around but you don't want to deal with it in your residence. Since we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the apartment, we didn't report it to the landlord, but it really needs to be addressed. Overall, this was a great place from which to explore Seville, one of the most beautiful historic cities in Spain.
What an apartment! I travelled with six friends for nice relaxing holiday but before one of the friends was getting married. I woudl recommend this place to all groups/Families. The location is perfect. The Alcazar Palace is right next to it. Walking distace to all of glorious Seville. The Owner was chilled out. Very safe, very secure. 10 out of 10.
This is a beautiful apartment directly across the street from the University of Seville. Cars are not allowed on this street, and it is a half-block walk to the Alphonso Hotel. The bedrooms have views of the Palace Gardens. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The two-zone heat worked perfectly, and there is a "utility" room off the kitchen for washing/drying clothes. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seville.
