We wanted to stay in an apartment to be able to cook, and to our disapointment booked Resitur. I would say that it is a communist style hotel where maybe Lenin stayed :)

Overal it was the worst hotel we stayed in during our 3-weeks tour to Spain. Aircon/heater was broken, mould in the bathroom, all equipment in room was old.

Reception was OK to us, but we stayed here only 1 night. Oh, and the only big plus is that hotel is located next to Mercadona supermarket.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the upper floors

I came here with my work mates and stayed here for two nights sharing with my boyfriend (definitely not the hotel for romance). Rooms are basic and frankly dingy and depressing. I gave it an extra star for the location it's only about a twenty minute walk from the sights. The place is clean. It's not somewhere you'd want to relax. Showers have hardly any pressure. Our room was freezing even with the air con unit switched off. I wouldn't recommend this place. Unless you're on a tight budget and looking for something resembling a youth hostel.

We knew that we weren't going for a top quality hotel and it was very cheap compared to many of the other local hotels, but Resitur has not been well looked after. The corridors are tatty and many of the small things - like having plugs for all the sinks, having a clean microwave and basics such as a full set of cutlery for two, were lacking.
On the positive side, the room was clean, the beds comfortable and we were within walking distance of all the main sights.
However, if you arrive by car, factor in a hefty car park bill as there is no street parking available unless you are very lucky. The car park just behind Resitur advertises €5 a day, but that is only for a special category which we were never able to discover; in the end it cost us €12 a day.

Unsuitable for a family with little ones. Rooms do not resemble anything like the pictures provided on the internet. Flimsy beds. No cleaning items provided in the kitchen. Had to buy everything from the supermarket for our stay for three days. Overall was not worth the three star rating that it has in all booking sites.

Horrible beds, unpleasant front desk personnel. Not to clean. No air condition , slept with windows open. We were on a seven week trip in Spain and this was the worse Hotel we stayed in. Don't go there After 3 days the decided to contact the air conditioner and the smell was unbearable smoke and dirt .

Room Tip: No room is good.
