We had a wonderful stay here and the location is perfect - you can walk everywhere. Our room was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean and the rooftop pool, although small, provided welcome relief from the summer heat. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Our only disappointment was that while we had booked a superior room, on arrival we were told we had been given a room with a private terrace. We expressed some surprise but the receptionist insisted this is what we had been allocated to so we were delighted and assumed we must have been upgraded. But then we were shown (by someone else) to the superior room we had actually booked, which left us confused and - despite the room being lovely - of course we were then rather disappointed. We did try to query this with the young lady who took us to our room, but we weren't sure she understood very well and we didn't feel it was appropriate to make a fuss as we got what we had booked. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but we highly recommend that staff ensure guests are not misled on arrival.
Otherwise a perfect stay!

The hotel is at a great location, it is near the cathedral and almost parallel to the palace. It has excellent restaurants near it and there is a fair bit to do around the hotel. The room was large, and very spacious. It was almost like a half apartment, and the bathrooms fairly well done. Overall, the hotel was a great choice.

A special mention for the team, very friendly, with great advice on where to eat (except for one which I feel the hotel management insist the staff push on to hotel guests - and you SHOULD NOT go there). The staff also were lovely enough to give us a complementary bottle of cava one evening. They're just brilliant.

Teething issues was largely the swimming pool was not functioning and clearly there had been a major leak they were trying to fix, and shower wasn't working properly and the mini bar fridge, but other than the swimming pool, the rest were minor issues.

Great place to base yourself whilst in Seville. We only had one night but didn’t want to leave - slept like babies! Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are sizeable and well done out. Our room came with a hydro suite in the bathroom which provided a much needed refresh after sightseeing in the sweltering summer heat of Seville! Welcome drinks and a complementary mini bar were the cherry on top. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Comfortable and unique. Great value. Staff speak good English and are very helpful and friendly. You cannot drive to this hotel which is why you should stay here. Ask the taxi to drop you at Plaza Santa Cruze. Download Google maps app and Google navigation from play store on your phone before you arrive. Put in your destination, select walking directions and it is a short 2 block walk through narrow streets. There is no car or air traffic so the rooftop lounge and pool are very quit. Complentary cava after sunset. Mini bar included and a free walking tour at 10AM. Free WiFi too. Lots of restaurants within 2 blocks as well as the major tourist landmarks.

We arrived to the news that no guest in 38 degrees (and hot after wrangling bags around cobblestones while being thoroughly ‘Google mapped’ from where the taxi dropped us off) wants to hear: the pool has a leak and won’t be open.
To their credit they tried hard to calm the situation and to make amends. Ideally, alerting us to this before checking in and signing off forms would have kept my blood pressure lower - it’s all about how and when you communicate.
Beautifully appointed hotel with a lovely breakfast area (with a fantastic spread for breakfast) a big and quiet room, a superb bathroom and generously free mini bar. It’s in a great location and has lovely views over this area of Seville from the roof terrace. We enjoyed it once we calmed down.
The staff are friendly and on the ball. The girl who managed guests at breakfast was delightful and a real asset to the hotel.
What would I change? The manager wandering around the breakfast area on his mobile phone. It’s not a business zone, it’s a guest zone. An email from them ahead of time with a helpful map to find them...I’d also like Google Maps to work in Spain!
