Just back from 9 night stay. Booked 2 apartments 1 for myself and husband and 1 for my elderly parents. Reasonably priced (roughly £35 per night per apartment). We had a sea view which was amazing - had asked for this and also apartments beside my parents. This was done as requested. Beds very comfortable. Apartments a bit dated but bathrooms have been refurbished and are lovely. Everything very clean. Staff very helpful. All in all good value for the money. Will definitely stay again.

We paid £100 for a one night's stay here and for that we had to go to the reception to get WiFi? The apartment was ok, especially the bathroom, however, the kitchen was completely dated. There is a couple of swimming pools, but the children's one has a lot of metalwork behind it causing a potential safety hazard.
The sunloungers are vintage and are better off in a museum.
On the plus side there is a good selection of books for guests to enjoy and the location is ideal being close to the beach and the back streets of La Carihuela

Stayed here March 16th to 20th and I would be in no hurry to go back. We saw about 10 other guests in the place, more than likely due to the fact it was a building site(see photo attached) you couldn't swim in the pool as you'd be covered in dust and debri. Staff weren't too friendly either. Upon checking in we were asked for €50 deposit which we gave. It was only then that we noticed a sign in our room saying that we would have to empty the bins and tidy up before deposit was returned. Don't get me wrong we are not slobs and wouldn't of left a mess but to have to clean an apartment and take rubbish bags down to a wheelie bin and dump them is a joke. When checking out we were made wait 10 mins while some staff member went and checked our rooms to see if we had cleaned up or not, then came back and handed us our deposit back as he was satisfied they were cleaned. So basically they make guests tidy up to save on hiring cleaners.
All in all i wouldn't recommend the Buensol as it wasn't a pleasant experience.

This was our 7th or 8th long stay at the Buensol - 4 adults & 2 children in 2 apts, this time on 4th floor. From day one, Ana could not do enough for us. Everything was as promised when we arrived and all we had to do was ask if we needed anything. Our return flights were cancelled when we got to the airport. I emailed Ana and when we arrived back at the Buensol, she had prepared the 2 apts we had vacated three hours earlier. We spent over 4 weeks there in total and and had not one word of complaint all through. Friendly staff, great value, perfect location and child friendly. We'll be back in Oct - or maybe before. Also note, the bullding site next door that some people moan about was more interesting than noisy and never bothered us. In fact, not one guest we spoke to mentioned it or complained. Thank you Buensol for a great holiday. AJ, Patrick and family.

Room Tip: Upper floors, pool view for afternoon sun is our choice.

I am just back from a 4 day stay at the buensol I don’t normally stay here when I go to torremolinos and I will not be in a hurry to go back, the reception staff are so rude to customers, they would not give us clean towels or toilet paper as we were only there for four days, we had to clean the apartment and empty the bins ourselves before leaving so they could give the €50 deposit they request at check in back to us, they would not allow you to have extra pillows when asked you were told no, before checking out your room is checked whilst you stand at reception waiting for them to say whether it is “clean” enough to give your deposit back. The rooms are quite dated and the beds are quite tough overall I would not recommend these apartments
