Brilliant location, handy for anywhere in the city and Muello uno and the beach at Malagueta.
The apartment was quiet, being to the rear of the property, so not above the bars on the square, but also not great views, but we weren't here for views, we were here for the location, and it scores very highly there.
The bed was nice and comfy.
The ad does say no wheelchair access and not suitable for elders, but it didn't say you have to climb 66 stairs to reach it. (six flights of 11).
The advert also says balcony. This may be a case of mistranslation, but there is no balcony to stand on at all.
The advert also says there is a kettle. There wasn't. In fact, there were also no kitchen knives of any description, or a chopping board, only a few saucepans and a small and a medium frying pan. We didn't bother to try to cook for ourselves, although that was our intention when we arrived. There also was no microwave (which was not claimed in the advert, but these days is usual, and this is the first time we have rented a place that didn't have one.
Again not claimed, but there is no aircon; not a problem for us in late March, but might be in the summer.
Having said all that, if only because of the quiet and the location we would consider renting here again, but hope the owner might take on board some of the above

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Apartments are spacious and the house is authentic with the real Spanish spirit. David and Natalie were very helpful, thank you!!!
