We went at night at around 6 and they told us it will light up at 6:30 it got super crowded because everyone wanted to see. The kids loved the lights!! There are some entertainers on the road also the kids enjoyed seeing!! Great place for shopping also some high end brands and the regulars like mango! Lots of coffee places and ice cream of course.

Great Christmas decorations when it's that time of year, well worth putting up with the large crowds that gather there when they are up.

For the Christmas period the archway if lights in Calle Lario's bursts in musical life at 18.30 and 21.00 hrs.
Large crowds of people gather for this amazing light show which lasts for about 10 minutes.
In the centre towards either end of the archway and turn on the video facility on your phone.
Brilliant

This is a lovely street to wander down as part of a trip to old Malaga. Lovely selection of shops and a nice ice-cream shop too. Very pretty Christmas decorations - gets busy around 6.30 when there is a light switching on show.

It seems that this street is the main shopping street in Malaga. The Christmas decoration is really an eye-catcher. You find a lot branded shops on this street. At some side streets you will see some artworks
