This fountain is definitely one of the lesser known and unexplored landmarks in Dresden. The reason might be that it’s just outside of the historical center of Dresden. This is however totally unjust since this fountain is worth a visit for sure! It’s also just a 5 minute walk from the Augustus bridge, so don’t let that hold you back. We came here on the suggesting of our local guide, which told us as aforementioned that this place is nearly devoid of tourists. Contrary, locals frequent this place regularly to chill around, but also just to admire this piece of art. This resulted in our trip here felt like a true local experience: being a Dresdner for a day!
