The cathedral is in the city center. On Saturdays and Wednesdays there is a fair selling fresh fruits and vegetables just in front of the Cathedral, so maybe you can plan your visit. The cathedral has also a garden, nice to visit. Ahh just remember not to make noise inside the church :)

This cathedral is a must-see. I've seen and visited a lot of cathedrals. This is one of the more interesting, not least beacuse the scientific watch. I participated in the messe, which was quite interesting, too

Don't miss the astronomical clock and it's interesting figures. The lobby has a good expo of the church history, especially around WWII.

This Cathedral was heavily damaged during ww2 and has been lovingly and expertly restored to it's original glory. There is a plaque that is in memory to the destruction of Coventry Cathedral as you walk in the main entrance.
One thing I was not impressed with was Asian men and women begging on the steps, we had to step around them to enter the place, it's disrespectful.
