We stayed here during the 2017 Belgian GP. The staff was verry helpfull, they spent a lot of time checking public transport and restaurants for us! Breakfast was verry good, ecpecially the fresh squezed orange juice. Rooms where clean and neat, a bit on the smal side but this is clearly stated so no problem for us. The hotel has parking lots in an underground garage near by, safe and at a good price. The hotel is situated Close to restaurants and pubs so an excellent choice when staying in Aachen. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

A pleasant small hotel a small distance from the historic centre. The room was clean and nice, and although rather small, it was a very convenient room with fridge and everything we needed. Breakfast, optional, is an extensive buffet, with fresh orange juice, nice fresh fruit salad as well as warm food. The receptionist was very friendly.

friendly folks operate the Hotel reception.
The place is perfectly located - was a bit weary as the main road passes by, but the noise insulation is very very good. quite surprised by that!

Bedding excellent, and all this for a VERY competitve rate

Will be back

We stayed for one night whilst visiting the christmas market and its location close to the centre is perfect. We pre booked parking and were very pleased to have a lockable garage close to the hotel, a positive considering the hotels location.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also to a good quality, offering a good range of cold meats, fish, cheese and cooked bacon, sausage and scrambled egg.

The rooms are comfortable, but from seeing the room friends received, vary considerably in size. Ours on the 4th floor was best described as tight, with a small bathroom, however this was spotless and fine for an overnight stay. We also saw the same sized room with a single bed in it, so wondered if a second bed had been placed to make a double room during the busy season. In comparison, room 8 ground floor, was a great size and had a separate lounge area.

2 small comments about our room. There was only one of each type of glass for use with the mini bar ( single room?). Plus The room was cold, caused by having a large radiator located under the window and behind floor to ceiling curtains that prevented hear coming into the room ( we pushed them onto the window ledge to warm the room).

The above said, we would happily return, but I have not give a higher mark due to the few above points plus the fact that the hotel seemed a tad expensive for a 3 star.(probably due to the xmas market).

This is small hotel in a good location, not far from Aachen center, Dome cathedral, famous cityhall (absolute must!), close to parks. Rooms are clean and renovated but very small, probably 10 m2 including bath. many restaurants and bars nearby.
Breakfast is very good, staff friendly- it is good to sleep a couple nights after busy day.

Room Tip: Ask for a room N 20 (not street side)
