My daughter and I stayed for two nights. The base of the two single beds were made of wood and the slightest movement caused them to make a very loud squeaking noise that woke us both up. After a bad nights sleep i spoke to the receptionist who said he'd have a look at it. He offered us a room change but we weren't keen on packing up and moving. After a day out we spoke to another receptionist who knew nothing about our problem. He came to the room, heard the noise and said the beds were very old, he'd speak to the manager.

To get a good nights sleep we had to move to a smaller room with a tiny bathroom. We thought a good sleep was more important so we moved.

The next morning on checkout I asked the first receptionist had he checked our beds at any time. He was not interested. He said he'd left us a bottle of water as compensation for the inconvenience of the dreadful beds of the first night and the miniscule bathroom of the 2nd night. He was not at all keen to discuss my concerns. Not helpful. He only seemed to care that the bill was paid. STAY AWAY

Staff were fantastic, breakfast was good, location very convenient but really needs a good renovation. Room was very dated and not really clean and had a quite depressing feel about it. It's a shame because the young staff who work here are just unbelievable and friendly and helpful but the hotel interior lets them down.

There is not a lot of value in the hotel itself - very small rooms at a price that mirrors the accommodation. The furniture must have seen 30 plus years of use - but for staying a night or two in a very central location - it's acceptable. Parking is of course only possible off-site in one of the parking garages (Euro 7.50 per day) with a minimum time to walk of 5 minutes.
The receptionists were very friendly and made every effort to accommodate the guests.

This is a pretty small, basic hotel in the city. Very easy walk to Residenz, Dom, Bridge and restaurants. Desk seems to be staffed mainly by students, all of whom are very helpful. Easy walk from the train station. Good breakfast. Clean but not luxurious at all. I would definitely recommend it and we would like stay there if visiting Wurzburg again.

The Hotel is middle size and direct in the middle of the City at least 3 Restaurants within 100 Yards. The room we hasd was Comfort Room size was okay and it wasnt as loud as we thought bed good Free Wifi and the most friendly Young Team i have met in a long time. The hotelk has a lift but if the bathroom is suitable for disdabled is questionable

Room Tip: Take the comfort room unless you are alone then the room would be ok
