We stayed in the hotel for few days for combined business (me) and leisure (rest of the family). Family room is good choice, with bunk beds that are fun for kids and all the needed practical stuff. Hotel is clean and service is great, there's always place at the parking, all in all highly recommended for both business and pleasure

Parking place was behind the hotel and not so full also in the evening. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was quite small but this is common for B&B. The ladder for a bunk bed was strange - it was uncomfortable to climb the ladder with barefoot.

This is a typical B&B hotel. Automated check-in outside frontdoor with reservation code and credit card leading to the room access code. This works pretty well for a late arrival as in my case. The room was small but clean, the shower was also clean. The WiFi was included and worked nicely. The breakfast was ok and is a typical B&B self-service breakfast. The hotel is rather easy to reach also by tram. However, the tram is also a problem as it passes by directly in front of the hotel and the noise of the tram and its vibrations are transferred to the hotel. At least in the ground floor you can hear and feel the trams passing by until midnight and in the early morning.

Room Tip: Avoid the ground floor due to tram noise but not sure about higher floors.

This clean and good priced hotel is easily accessible from the highway. The rooms are functional and the breakfast generous.

We stayed there for a business weekend and found the rooms big enough for 2 people. After an awkward first night though we had to complain about the squeaky bathroom door, which got taken care of right away.

The tramstop is right outside the hotel and it takes less than 5min to reach the city centre.

The best thing about this B&B is that it is near everything you might need. It's very close to a supermarket, you can go walking to the university and you can find some nice restaurants around. The S-Bahn passes in front of the hotel, which is also pretty cool if you have to move around and don't have a car. Another great thing was the building: everything is pretty open, you don't have other tall buildings around, meaning that it gets a lot of sun during the day and they have a big parking lot, so you won't have problems parking. It was a nice stay.
