We did no research for a restaurant for our first evening in Munich, we had done a walking tour and then had a drink in the Hofbrau haus and so couldn't be bothered to stop and research...We needed food. So having left Hofbrau we turned a couple of corners and looked at the menu here and decided to go in. Our waterways extremely helpful and friendly and spoke good english. This our 6th evening out in Germany and it was nice to find a couple of things we hadn't seen on other menus before. I had duck which was good and my wife enjoyed the veal. Beer was standard German offerings, but all in all for a central touristy area this was a good choice. The restaurant has a traditional looking wooden interior and has tables outside on the street. I would recommend this restaurant.
