If I may say this is a hotel isn't it? room ant got a bathrooom or a toilette!? 8 (eight) rooms use one single bathroom. no dinningroom, no wifi, got nothing! just a bad size of truck cabin bed. avoid it for a love of god! poor connection with anything you can call a civilisation!

The only good thing really is that its close to the train. The lobby is tiny and breakfast consist of stale cereal and warm milk (I can get better food at the market which is a min walk). You share bathrooms and showers. I wouldnt mind if they were actually clean which they are not. Please wear sandals, you'll thank me later.

Used it as a stopover from Southern france on the Way home to Denmark.

Worst "hotel" experience ever! Just getting in to the hotel was almost impossible due to a problem with the gate, and the rooms where hot and smelly. I guess it is primarily the sort of place that rents room out by the hour...

In the evening the place felt quite insecure as well.

I had booked 4 nights but could hardly stand the first one, so fortunately I could cancel the others. Since we only needed a bed and a shower while spending the entire days at the beach I thought this hotel would be an okay option in order using my money on activities and eating out instead of sleeping, but going to this hotel was a big mistake. Although the room was quite alright and seemed cleaned dispite the tiny size, the rest of the hotel was terrifying. The corridors smelled of cigarettes, which is indeed annoying for non-smokers, and even our room, although a non-smoking one, had a lingering odor of tobacco.
There are no bathrooms inside of the rooms, which usually is acceptable for me if you're just going to sleep, but oh no, these toilets and showers were the must disgusting I've ever seem! YOU CAN NOT TAKE A SHOWER WITHOUT WEARING PLASTIC FLIP-FLOPS or équivalent. Children can absolutely not go to the toilets by themselves and you should not make them take a shower here, even wearing Crocs.
Going from the beach or one of the nearby restaurants in the night coming to the hotel is scary, especially if you're a mother alone with your kids. After sunset a lady should never approach this hotel and its surroundings if she's alone, should it be in the summer or in the winter. All the stores around are closed and everything is completely dark, making the walk crossing the empty parking lot in order to reach this hotel very scary. I can't recommend this hotel, but it might work for young male backpackers not needing any comfort. The rest of you - find another beach or pay 5 times as much for some decency.

I can not say anything wrong about staying in the H1 Hotel in Nice. Rooms are very clean and good equipped. The owner of the hotel does everything just to make his guests satisfied. If you've got any problem, just ask him and he will help you in each way. The price is perfect. Don't expect 5 stars hotel but, what I got in F1 Hotel was definitely enough for me and I can honestly recommend it.
