This hotel is absolutely disgusting, I recommend everyone avoids this hotel! I booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and what a mistake I made. They couldn't make the pictures and their descriptions on their website more inaccurate if they tried ... clearly they try to survive with their false advertising. The hotel actually breaches consumer rights!!! Stated in consumer rights when booking a hotel room it has to be up to standard ... including the cleanliness of the room. Take a look at the pictures attached and you will see how awful and unclean this hotel is! There is mould, dirt and dust all over the rooms. The bathroom was particularily disgusting. My hair is auburn brown, yet you will see there is a previous guests black hair stuck all over the floors. You will also see questionable brown marks around the bathroom floor and a dangerous broken tile on the wall. I booked a king bed and was given two singles pushed together with a sheet on that didn't fit and nothing was done to properly merge the two mattresses. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. This meant I had to sleep on a single bed. The staff on the desk are rude except for the young bellboy. When I complained on checkout the guy suddenly pretended his english was limited. All he did was asked to see pictures then took pictures of my pictures. He offered no refund or compensation for the unsanitary dangerous room. Something should have been offered to me. I have spoken with my lawyer who said this hotel is in breach of the contract due to not providing a sanitary should be expected at a hotel of this level. I contacted Radisson direct and guess what ... I was ignored.
I will soon be contacting my bank and will show the pictures that I took and are time stamped to prove they were taken when I arrived to show the disgrace of this place. They took 277 euros from me to sleep in this dump.
When filling out the survey, the manager sent back a copy and paste email that ended with a sentence about welcoming me back ... why would anyone want to return here. Save your money and go to another hotel in Nice or better yet go to Cannes it is nicer there!More
