Everything was fine. Beds and pillows comfy. Check-in and out very easy. The bathroom seemed about ready for renewal. Convenient location since we had a car - near big Carrefour. Nice to have refreshments available in hotel.

Rooms are realy nice and clean. Not really big, but if you plan mostly sleep, there it will be ok. Breakfest are mostly sweet, but its in France so its not wird. Coffee, croissants and fresh orange juice are really good. Its not near the old city, neither the beach, so its better to have a car. People who works there really nice and helpful. Good for short visit. Not good not bad.

I arrived at 1pm at this Hotel, having a valid booking confirmation. Due to technical Problems with the water supply, the check in was not possible before 6pm. I understand that such exceptions may occur. But the Response was just "we sent you yesterday an email and you should have known".
1. this email went to Team assistant and I got it one day later.
2. what should a traveller have done, cancel the flight or what is the opinion of the Management
3. instead of such a stubborn reaction, no sign of concession like an excuse, any Kind of voucher for dinner or Price reduction etc.

sorry, but this is a clear Violation of contract, it is not the fault of the guest that such things happen, so i may excuse some inconveniences but not such a reaction of the Hotel. I told my Company that all future travellers in that Region will book other Hotels as there are many in that area.
Rooms by the way are small, it is typical Ibis plastic style and I consider the Price for value a bit too high. Breakfeast was ok, but also Price for value a bit too high.

Room Tip: Upper floors are less noisy

We are sincerely sorry for this technical incident rare, sudden and independent from our will.
We had bothered to warn every customer and we regret that you did not receive the information before your arrival. At your check-in at 12:30 am, we explained to you that we give you the key immediately but it was impossible to use water during the afternoon.
We repeat you quite our excuses for the cut of water like already made also at your departure. We regret that our discount of about 20 % on the price of your room did not suit to you.
We hope to get back to your trust during a next stay

We chose this hotel as we trust Ibis brand and it was A LOT cheaper than actually staying in Monaco. Room was long and narrow. When we arrived it only had three beds and we are a family of four. Once cot was added to the room, it made it seem very small. I kept having to move the cot to walk from one side of the room to the other or climb onto the main bed to get across. Luckily, we only needed it for three nights so had less luggage.

For three people, the room should be sufficient. Clean room, good shower (we prefer a bath), shower gel provided, free bottle of water and small bag of sweets on arrival, friendly staff, free parking (€8 if you would prefer to use the secure underground parking. You have to add the code three different times to finally park in the garage). Good location with Carrefour and McDonald's locally (diesel seems cheaper here compared to other petrol stations around). No iron in the room but I was able to use one in the hotel's service area. Air conditioning wasn't that good and although there were coloured lights in the room, it still felt dark in the evening. Breakfast basic but tasty and there was a play area for our boys to play whilst we finished ours. Staff during breakfast were very friendly.

Took us about an hour and 45 minutes to Monte Carlo with traffic and not using toll roads (nice scenery) but about an hour using the toll roads (came to about €5.40). Parking in Monte Carlo was very cheap but the underground parking were very small so it could be tricky to use with bigger vehicles. We would stay in this hotel again if we were visiting for 1-3 nights. The room was too small for the four of us to have stayed longer.

The important info. The hotel is located about a 40 minute walk from the centre of Antibes but there is a bus stop just a few hundred meters away which runs a regular service into the centre of town for just 1€.
The breakfast had a good selection of items, enough for most people.
The beds were comfy and the showers were always hot and the rooms seemed to be well insulated against any noise, they were also kept well cleaned.
There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms themselves but there is a small tea making station in the hotel lobby where there is also a microwave and I found I soon got used to popping downstairs to make a cuppa.
The hotel staff all seemed friendly and helpful whenever I spoke to them.
