“Perfect for us”
Reviewed 20 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Charming little flat full of personality ,with a balcony dominated by a large and lovely oleander
This corner seems to be where everyone heads to when they finish the festival gig, so it can be noisy at night, but not unbearable. Our only problem was the high step up into the toilet and shower ( wife being disabled by a stroke)) .The owne was delightful ,even taking us to the TGV station loaded as we were with suitcases and a wheelchair. We shall be back!

“A bit on the worn side”
Reviewed 14 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

We spent several nights in this apartment and feel torn in my opinion of the property. The positives: quaintness, nearness to market, size, modern conveniences(full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc), small balcony. The negatives: building in need of repair(see photos), shower that flooded the bathroom, deck with party goers until 2 am under bedroom window, level of cleanliness.

“Brilliant”

Best weekend to be in Avignon, as the Fete de la Musique treated us to live music up and down the street on the Sunday. Location was great, as it was easy to walk to the station, the market and tourist attractions. The apartment was perfect for our needs with 2 bedrooms, lounge and the tiny balcony for breakfast and easy dinner. Shower room was a little squeezy, but overall the residence was charming, clean and well presented. Our host was also very friendly and accomodating.

“Charming Place to stay”
Reviewed 4 May 2016 for a stay in April 2016

This was a lovely old apartment, with all modern conveniences, very comfortable, close to Les Halles markets and restaurants. Not far from the Central Station and The Palais des Papes. Bed was comfortable, lovely living room. Bathroom was a little on the small side, but very modern. Loved the balcony - great place to sit and relax. This is a first floor apartment, so a little difficult with large suitcases. (no lift). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would love to revisit it at some stage.

“Living in this apartment felt like a part of being in a part of real France.”
Reviewed 2 May 2016 for a stay in April 2016

A charming apartment nicely decorated and with furniture in keeping with its mid -19th century date. The manager was friendly and helpful and met us at the times arranged. We loved staying here, we loved everything about this flat and would book it if we visit Avignon again. The kitchen was very well equipped and with the market, Les Halles, so close we ate in most evenings. Croissants for breakfast on the balcony was just one of the many highlights. The lounge was comfortable and cosy as was the bedroom. We walked from the station with our cases and found this flat to be really central for all of Avignon. One reason for choosing Avignon was because we travelled straight from the UK to Avignon without changing trains, but we were more than delighted with the city and the surrounding countryside.
