We stayed here for one night on a recent trip to the South of France. We chose this hotel since it was nearby our meeting point for a Provence wine tour we had booked. Everything was perfectly lovely with our stay. The staff was helpful and the attached parking garage proved very convenient. Breakfast was great with a nice selection of food and coffee. And the hotel is very centrally located. We definitely recommend it!

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our trip. We found it convenient because it has parking and it is only few meters walk from the Avignon Popes Palace. We stayed in a standard twin bed room. Our room did not have any view, just looking into a facade of the next building, however we did not really care as we moved on the next morning. The hotel has multiple staircases, so we found bringing the luggage from the garage to the room, putting our luggage in a hotel storage after check out quite painful. The hallways have strange dark purple and green design, the carpets are quite dirty, so it looks quite dingy. The bathroom is miniscule and the beds are quite ordinary hotel spring beds. You can get drinks at the reception, there is a fridge and coffee/tea making set in the room. The breakfast room is in a nice glass annex. The staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel is very well located (practically inside the Pope's Palace), in a quiet place. It's clean, modern, with big rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, complete breakfast, parking (not included) and competent staff - with special highlight for Sofia who works in hotel's bar-restaurant, she's extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant staff, and well-placed for town centre of Avignon.Did not try restaurant or bar as was invited elsewhere.
Straight outside were some nice shops selling the usual provencal herbs and lavender, and a 5 minute stroll took us into the heart of the action.
