You can easily park your car in the underground
The Cuisine (we tried Gill's surprise "menu of the day" at €75 excl. drinks and a selection of "a la carte" courses) is truly excellent. What we had:
- "barbu" fish served in a tasty soup of selection of beans (fèves, flageollets)
- crayfish with curry and herbs
- veal sweetbread, crab ravioles and desserts (1000 feuilles and raspberry tart with a basil sorbet)
were all prepared with a blend of flavours, sweet and savory blends, which makes the cuisine extremely subtil. The service and presentation on the plates is first class.
Last but not least, we were offered 3 different "amuse-bouche" , a pre-dessert and a selection of small desserts with the coffee.
