Stayed here for one night. Wasted ages trying to find a parking space on the surrounding streets. My advice would be just go straight into the underground shopping centre car park and park in area 16. There is a big sign for the hotel and a door with intercom which takes you by lift into the reception. They will give you an exit ticket when you leave - mine was only 4.50 for the night.

Hotel itself is OK. Room was very small, bathroom even smaller but everything was clean and it worked. Breakfast was average but vastly overpriced at 9.50.

Easy 15 minute walk to the centre and there are a few places to buy food/drink in the area. All in all, a good stopover place if you get it for the right price.

Dear Sir or Madam,

We thank you for your comment about your stay in our hotel.
We are agree that it is not an easy thing to find a parking place outside of the hotel, especially with all the work that has been going on in the streets.
As you said, the best way will be to park in the underground parking of the shopping center.

We understand that the size of the room and the bathroom was not what you expected and we are sorry about it. Nevertheless, we hope that you've enjoyed your stay with us.

Best regards,
Eléonore

What hotel closes the restaurant and bar of a weekend? This one does.
Nowhere local open for food or drinks either except McDonald's.
No air conditioning in the rooms and it was 25°c . Outside it's like a building site.

Parking was close by however the staff where useless at telling us how to get there and back. We walked right around the block with our bags to get back as they failed to communicate the fastest route. Very small rooms and cheap and tacky. Breakfast was adequate.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion about our hotel.
We regret that you have encountered difficulties in finding access to the car park. Yet our team always tries to do the best to take the time and explain with the map.

Best regards,

Comfortable hotel and very serviceminded and helpful staff at the checkin. Great parking underneath the shopping center right beside the hotel. Pay the fee at the hotel, much cheaper that way. Breakfast was ok, but not much to choose from. Good hotel for not a bad price.

We stayed here just for one night, but the hotel is very nice if you want to discover the city since it's just around 20 minutes walking distance to the city center. The staff was really friendly and helpful, free wifi, clean room and nice food. Just the room was a bit tiny, but for our stay enough. We had both a single bed which were a bit small, mine was standing freely without the security of a wall next to me which made me worried to fall out of it when turning around - but all went well in the end ;) I recommend this one for a citytrip to Rouen and would go back if I plan another trip there.
