The pictures are very accurate alho they do not give you the entire "picture" of the apartment. The rooms are huge, approximately 22' x 12" and the kitchen/dining space is separate (it looks like it's part of the living room in the on-line pictures). Every room has a (non-working) fireplace The ceilings are about 20' high, the foyer between the two apartments (owner's is in back) is aout 20x20 with gorgeougeous ceiling and also unbelievably appointed. The apartment is pristine, the furniture from another age but in excellent condition, draperies are incredible\, lighting upgraded throughout. Luxurious. There are, however, no toiletries, trash bags, soap, etc. not a big deal but be prepared to go shopping. Altho the room is fairly large, the kitchen is very small and there is very little in the way of uttensils, glasses (about 6 wine glasses), etc. Only 3 chairs at the small table Not for a big family who intends to cook/entertain. Also, not for the elderly as the bathtub is surrounded (75%) to keep in the water and it is very difficult to enter. BEWARE however of having a booking problem. I had the apartment booked for a couple of molnths and then I was told that I could not have it the first, two nights due to overbooking and I think the other party should have been told o leave early. This caused me much frustratio; I had multiple conversations with TrripAdvisor to get help; the agent didn''t respond well to emails. I finallly decided to spent the 1st two nights in a hotel and was glad I did because of the location and grandeur of the apartment but the inconvenience should not have been necessary.
