good experience overall, but the sink was clogged for most of the accommodation and no one fixed it...

The hotel was clean, quiet, friendly staff, close to train and a fair price. We had arrived early so we had requested to check-in early at the front desk. The receptionist checked on the room and let us into our room a few hours early!

The accommodation was near my office and from that location I can go easier to metro. The place is clean and quiet, the rooms are a little bit smaller, and there are not refrigerator in the room.

We appreciated the modern and family friendly concept. A hotel with playroom surely is a rare find. On top of that the location was convenient for us to spend some days in the city center as well as commuting to Disneyland. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, tastefully decorated, friendly staff, clean and welcoming. Lovely continental breakfast and free coffee/water etc.
Only gripe, our room bizzarely had absolutely no storage at all; no wardrobe, drawers or surfaces ... it was literally a case of living out of your bag on the floor.
Also, the lighting in the room was very dim.... Great for romance, not so great for putting on make up or doing your hair!!
Not a major issue for many, but if I'd have been there for more than two nights I'd have been a little peeved.
Room tip: Lovely but oddly no storage at all in some of our rooms (we were a party of 12).

We spent 2 nights in Paris at Piapia. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but for a few nights that's no problem at all. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is located next to a large bus station and plenty of restaurants. A bus takes you to the Pantheon and Notre Dam in ~30 minutes.
