I've been going to Fly Yoga for over a year now and have noticed incredible differences in my body tone, flexibility and mental well-being. The cost is absolutely worth it - I see it as an investment in my mind and body for future health. And that's priceless!
There is enough space for everyone, a large mirror wall so you can correct your posture if necessary, heating on colder days, air conditioning on hotter days, a place to get changed, and all extra materials (yoga mat, ankle weights) are provided.
This place is a breath of fresh air in comparison with other classes I've tried in Paris. Even when I've had a rough day and I just feel like going home, I go to the class and come out refreshed, mindful and positive about the world. Florie and her team of excellent teachers are extremely professional and adapt their explanations of the movements to each individual's needs, and at the same time they are really kind and create a happy fun atmosphere.
I really don't understand the previous comment, my experience at Fly yoga the last two years has been more than pleasant. The teachers are very attentive and they acre about your well being in their classes. If you are looking for some new yoga experience and if you want to clear your head after a long day, go ahead you will not be disappointed !
Beginners can be mixed with more experienced pratitioners but the teachers always try to adapt the class so that everyone can benefit from it. Of course some postures take time to learn, but you will always have the chance to try it with the help of the teachers.
I do believe the studio is cleaned every day, the teacher does it at the end of the last class of the day. As for the mat, you have to clean it with white vinegar at the end of your class : white vinegar do smell, but it is also one of the best hypo-allergenic cleanser !
Fly Yoga is a yoga studio.
Overall the studio is to small and too dirty and too expensive for what it is.
The location is very tiny with only one toilet, not even a shower.
The courses are overbooked and very expensive.
There are always too many people in the room.
Then there is one teacher only which is more on her iphone taking pictures of the more professional people, then taking care of the beginners.
The studio is not clean, there is hairs from other people and it seems not cleaned on a regular basis.
Once you pay for the courses you have to book it online, most of the time its booked out.
So if you have the abonnement, you can not book courses and after a certain while your paid courses are not valid anymore even if you can not book it because it is overbooked.
The material is very used and the tissues for the special airean courses are stinky and dirty. The yoga mats are used and seems to be not cleaned.
I would not recommend this place.
