“Comfortable Apartment in Great Location”

My 7-year old daughter and I stayed at the La Palette apartment for 6 nights in May 2018 and really enjoyed our stay. Though we never got a chance to meet Jasmine, Rafic was most kind to us during our stay, always there to answer our questions and to make sure that we were comfortable, even while he was away for the holiday. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Kitchen had everything one needs for cooking, bathroom had a generous supply of towels. The apartment is at a top floor of the building, which is a definite advantage, in a great location fairly close to the Eiffel Tower, but in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We especially appreciated the peacefulness of the apartment when we returned to Paris and spent one night at a hotel in Marais before flying back home. Paris street noise can be absolutely terrible, but not at this apartment.
Overall, we have the fondest memories of the apartment and Rafic’s hospitality, thank you for making our Paris experience so unforgettable!

Jasmine and Rafic are kind, thoughtful and fantastic owners of this cool, fun comfortable and clean apartment in the 7th. Every suggestion they gave us from dining, canal trips to watching Sunset @ Sacré-Couer was perfect.

Fantastic linens, plenty of comfortable pillows and quiet apartment. I miss Paris, the apartment & the owners so much. Thank you for making our trip so special.

“Wonderful Experience”

Visited Paris in March with my son and his girlfriend. We had the most amazing time and it started with our arrival and check-in to apartment. The apartment was exactly as pictured on Trip Advisor. Warm, cozy, plenty of room for the 3 of us. Loved having the well equipped kitchen though we did not cook. Coffee and juice before we headed out each morning and refrigerator for our treats was all we needed. Safe pleasant area -walking distance to so many things- Eiffel Tower, Napoleons tomb, etc...Can’t say enough good things about the property owner. Went well above expectations in meeting us as we arrived several hours before check-in time. Let us store baggage, provided us a map and ‘lay of the land’, a cup of good coffee and checked on us periodically during our visit. We also vistuted most of restaurants he recommended and they were fabulous. Well done! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

“The Family comfort”
Reviewed 14 May 2018 for a stay in February 2018

It was a very comfortable accommodation for a family of 3 people .
There were 3 adults with a 15 year old teenager .The apartment located in the center of Paris is a fine opportunity to show to the teenager one of the best cities in the world.
In 10 minutes’ walk there are Les Invalides, the Eiffel Tower , the Rodin’s museum.
To reach any point of the city we used two next stops of the subway of two different lines.
The unique arrangement of apartments allows to enjoy the spectacular city views and anticipate the sightseeing 24 hours a day.
Nevertheless we weren't disturbed by a noise of the street. The windows overlook a quiet street without the transport movement and a yard. Apartments are equipped with all necessary equipment and also products, such as  drinks , spices and much more. Rafic booked for us tickets in the Moulin Rouge cabaret, the Orsay Museum and called а taxi . He was kind and hospitable.
This variant accommodation is more preferable than the hotel in our case .
