Dear Madam,
I am sorry to read that the explanations given by email after this situation did not completely satisfied you.
Indeed, we did not know that there was a problem with the locker of the room. It may happen that the locker got stuck but this is very rare. My colleague came to fix the locker but got stuck by accident into the room with you for less than 5 minutes. I understand that as a woman it can be stressfull to be stuck in a room with a stranger, but this situation was not predictable and the entire team did its best to help you and find a solution. After this, it took aproximetely 10 minutes to change your room after checking the organisation with your group coordinator. We would have never let you in this situation, but we had to discuss it with the person in charge of your booking (we were fully booked and you were supposed to share a room with one of your colleagues).
I'm sorry that my colleagues didn't seem to take your case seriously but rest assured that they did. In fact, once we had validated the change with the coordinator, they were able to offer you an alternative within 10 minutes.
I remain at your disposal if you wish to discuss more about this situation.
Best Regards,
