This is a very comfortable and well equipped third floor apartment with elevator access in a well maintained block
It is close to two main metro stations, maximum 5 minutes walk away.
The only small negative is access to a grocery shop - however I think the closest one is being refurbished so this problem should not remain
The wifi works well and the TV was adequate albeit with very few English channels
Price wise it is not expensive but is above average

This apartment just off the Rue Faubourg St Honore and near the Madelaine and Place de la Concord is very spacious, well appointed and elegantly decorated. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is quiet, looking onto an internal court yard. Paris Furnished Apartments were spot on with organising an airport car service and meeting us at the apartment - totally punctual.
Great restaurants in the street and the local Boulengerie is the incomparable Fauchon which opens at 8.00am for the best baguette in Paris.
This unit is even more beautiful than the pictures. Location on luxury area, walking distance to opera, concorde, tuileries, st honore shopping, etc. Feel very safe on the area. Melanie, property manager ready before we arrive. She explain everything about the area and what we need. I will stay in this unit again when come to paris, hope that the manager can maintain the cleanliness of the property.

Great location and good size apartment. On the plus side the apartment is equipped with a full size washer and a dryer which is very rare in Paris. It is also exceptionally quiet considering it's central location and has a very nice entrance on an exceptional street right next to the Village Royale. The large apartment wraps around a pleasant courtyard with greenery. There is a good HD flat screen but the stereo should be removed as it does not work. You can not beat it's location next to fashion houses and top gourmet stores, not to mention walking distance to Place de la Concorde, Louvre etc.
Unfortunately, the elevator was out of commission for part of the stay. The kitchen had all the appliances but it lacked cooking utensils, only a 2 cup Milano espresso maker, only one wine glass and no cutting board etc. I am told that these have now been remedied. The issues were addressed and I was compensated for it's short coming. I would definitely consider this apartment for a future stay.

We knew we wanted to go the VRBO route for our Paris vacation and had the amazing good fortune of coming across this apartment first when searching the web. It was miraculously available for the length of our intended stay, even though we only started looking about a month prior to our departure date, so I happily snapped it up. Its location was PERFECT, mere minutes from the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Champs Élysées, you name it. It was spacious, clean, had an American-sized bathroom and small but practical kitchen (which we made very good use of). The management company was responsive and their staff was pleasant and very helpful. We will absolutely stay there again. I really don't know how we could do any better!
