We stayed on the 5th floor in a cosy beautiful room
With the most amazing balcony. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean and in easy access to everywhere in Paris. Local supermarkets also on your doorstep. We will stay again.

Arrived 1:00 told to come back 3pm. Came back 2:15 to relax in lobby. Lobby was empty except us. 3pm there were now 3-4 other groups waiting to check in. 3:15 still no rooms given out but 2 employees talking away. 3:20 couple who speak French were given a room followed by a couple that literally just walked in. Then a family of 4 were given 2 rooms…..we were the first there and had a premium balcony room but again were ignored even after I approached the desk twice to ask when we would be given our room. At 3:30 I demanded to be assisted and was asked what my name was….seriously???? I said I expected to be given an extra 30 minutes at checkout now. Then we get to the room. Bed too long for room and have to climb over it to get on other side. Can’t get a suitcase around, you have to pull it over bed. Blow dryer kept shutting off and wouldn’t turn back on for @ 5 minutes each time. Never been treated so poorly and ignored like that before. I’m a flight attendant and for leisure I travel to Europe at least twice a year. Not recommending to co-workers or passengers.

We stayed for 2 nights mid-week. 30mins walk from Gare du Nord station, it’s well located for Montmartre district, just 5mins from the Moulin Rouge. Quaint and quirky with references to Rudyard Kipling throughout the decor. Staff were polite and friendly. There is complimentary tea, coffee available in reception plus drinking water that can filled into glass bottles and taken to the rooms.
Our first night we stayed in room 206 which was small but well appointed. Super comfortable beds, generous size. Kettle in the room and a coffee machine. Toiletries supplied in the bathroom and the shower had a good pressure. The area grew quiet after midnight and we had a decent sleep.
Breakfast is located downstairs in the cellar, time it right though, as limited seating so you may have to wait for a free table. However, good choice of foods for breakfast which was constantly restocked by the friendly waitress.
Our second night was in room 405, there’d been an issue the previous night-it needs 2 keycards to be inserted into the holder to gain lights and electricity. This “superior” room was slightly larger with an en suite bathroom.
All in all, we would stay here again.

Room tip: Get to breakfast before 8.30am to get a table.

Was aiming for somewhere truly Parisian to stay with my daughter and this didn’t disappoint. We had a room with a balcony with views of the beautiful buildings surrounding. It was a small room but had enough room for our four night stay - a wardrobe, safe, bedside drawers and coat hooks - ideal.
Just to note - we requested two single beds well before arrival but it’s now apparent that this isn’t possible in a balcony room. We also requested a bath which was also granted via message but this also isn’t possible in a balcony room. The staff apologised for this initial disappointment but we are easily pleased so it didn’t detract from our stay. Also the heating makes a weird noise that sounds like scratching initially but you soon get used to it.
Perfect location, bus stop and metro just a few steps away, lovely staff, beautiful, clean room; a fabulous stay.
