The hotel was great, central location, super nice staff, nice rooms, very clean. The breakfast was very good, and in the afternoon there were various snacks, fruits, pastries, soft drinks and hot drinks in the lobby. This is extra service and great if you want to rest with your family. We will come back here soon and can recommend it to everyone!
A really great find in Paris during the Olympics. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great as was the free soft mini bar and the sweet treats from 2pm. The fridge I. The room was useless but the staff were happy to keep medicines for me in the hotel fridge. The door to our room was continually stuck and the carpet was coming g up outside the bathroom door but these are easy fixes. The shower was great, good pressure and heat, and the location had everything you need - restaurants, bars, supermarkets, coffee and a laundromat! Highly recommend.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff friendly and very helpful with anything required. We were given a ground floor disabled room on arrival which was oppresive and unwelcoming. After a request to move, we were offered the smallest double room on the top floor which we took as an unsuitable alternative. We had hoped for a front Juliette balcony room which looked much more aesthetically pleasing. We booked room only, but the manager offered us ‘complimentary’ breakfast on 2 of the 4 days which was appreciated. We felt the hotel decor was dated and not the style of hotel we would choose. However, for a 3 star, cleanliness was spot on, and the food available for guests in the evening was a nice touch. 10/10 for staff/service
This is hotel is in a great location near the Cadet metro station. There are also shops and restaurants within a few blocks. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and we're ready to help when needed. We had 2 adjoining rooms with one bed each. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms with that set up. Mini fridge in room was restocked every day with a variety of drinks. Only complaint is the bed was not super comfortable. Overall though it is a great hotel and I would highly recommend.
