The restaurant has a fixed menu and changes upon some frequency. There are some fixed dishes all the time (ex: fois gras cooked with fume of a special wood, which is by the way really delicious).
The food is generally good, though I think that with one less course, it would be better (at least for me).
Ambiance is nice: a modified Japanese style.
Service is very nice too, each dish is explained.
I don’t know the price (since friend has paid the bill), so I don’t know if it worth the price but I’ll say if the price is around 60-70, it is worthy the experience.

We walked by the restaurant during the day and thought it was a neat place looking from the outside. We decided to give it a try for dinner, and the experience was amazing. We sat downstairs and atmosphere was really good, it was like a dungeon and we took off our shoes like in a traditional Japanese restaurant. The service was excellent, each table is serviced by a server and a sommelier (if you ordered wine or the wine pairings) whom were very friendly and attentive. We received welcome cards with menu of the day (which was a omakase style, the chef selects what you eat for that day). It was a nine course meal and we got the "gold" wine pairing, where each course accompanied its own wine/sake (yes! sake! and the sakes were premium sakes). The food was simply amazing, very creative and a perfect fusion of Japanese and French elements. The foie gras, fish and pigeon were all cooked to perfection, and every dish felt like a symphony in our mouths. Price was very reasonable, for food only was 90 Euros, and different wine pairings have different prices, the "gold" was 90 Euros, so it was 180 Euros pp, for so much great food and so many glasses of wine/sake, we could have paid at least 50% more in other cities of the world. My wife and I would like to go again if we were in Paris again.

We were intrigued by the fact that this is a Michelin star restaurant serving Japanese and French Fusion cuisine. Acually 2 separate cuisines on 2 floors, but each is quite nice with fusion elements very nicely blended in.

The restaurant changed owners. We are there more than ten years ago with the previous chef, and the food was delicious. This time with the new chef, the food was very ordinary, and we couldn’t eat the deserts. We were 4, and payed about 120 euro each. The restaurant was empty apart from us. Great waste

By far the best Japanese-fusion food in Paris. The subtleties of the tastes are amazing. Among the 7 dishes we had, only the turbot was average, although the young Japanese chef said that he would improve it.
The restaurant in an attractive stone cellar. It is an ideal place to bring your first date, and if she doesn't like it,it should be your last !
