Stayed 2 nights. Reception people very helpful . They helped me with my restaurant booking. Lift there. We had breakfast and very happy with variety. Coffee was very good . Scramble eggs ham bacon. Fresh orange juice. Water jug in room.water bottles. Room was nice and clean.

Very handy for Gare du Nord station (just five minute walk away). General location not the best. Rooms were clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Rooms a bit on the small side (even for Paris) but all in all, good value for money.

My second stay at this hotel and it’s still excellent value for money. We had a twin room and the beds were comfortable. Double glazed windows totally kept the street noise out but was nice to open window for fresh air too.
The reception staff were pleasant and helpful.
Fantastic location close to both Gard du Nord and Gard du l'Est.
Helpful and friendly staff. Domingos especially helpful.
Small twin room but reasonably comfortable beds.
Slightly leaky toilet system which takes a bit of getting used to where flushing is concerned. Lacking in bathroom privacy at night! Safe easy to use with clear instructions.
Tea and coffee facilities in room.
Perfect for a short stay as wardrobe is small.
Well presented reception area. Lovely staircase. Exceptionally small lift.
Cosy breakfast room.
Heating/aircon efficient.
This is a wonderful hotel with a lift and air conditioning! The front desk workers were very helpful and friendly. They have a very nice breakfast each morning (costs extra). Beautiful lobby.
The location is excellent! A quick walk to and from the Eurostar, and the Gard du Nord metro is practically across the street. There is a boulangerie by the Metro, great restaurants nearby and a small grocery next door.
