Great old styled French Hotel located in the heart of the area famous for the Moulon Rouge. We had a great nights sleep and enjoyed the staff and casual environment. Our room was convenient to the area and the train station, staff was very courteous and breakfast was great.

Stayed here for 4 nights and the hotel is okay but there are some issues. I'll start with the positives:
1. Location is convenient.
2. The hotel has 24 hour room service and though it's a small menu, the food is good.

Now for the not so good:
1. My room had a very noticeable musty smell which lingered throughout my stay. It smelt like old boots.
2. If you want to order room service or contact the reception staff you need to use a tablet in your room. The problem is that my room service orders did not go through to them even though it said the order was placed. I was sitting patiently for my order to arrive for it never to appear and I had to go down to reception twice a few times to tell them because I can't call them (everything is through the tablet which wasn't working)

However, we are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We regret to hear of the issue you experienced in your room and are looking into the matter to ensure our rooms remain fresh and welcoming. Furthermore, we apologise for the difficulties experienced with our in-room tablet service. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide our guests; please be assured that we carry out consistent system updates to ensure proper functionality.

This hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel, which is why I am giving it this rating. If it were advertised as a 2-star hotel, my review might be more positive, but the current classification is misleading. Marriott markets this as a luxury hotel, which is simply not accurate. Notably, the hotel lacks a reception area and any common amenities that make hotel as 4-star or luxury. The rooms are so small that there is no space for a suitcase, and there is no separate bathroom—just a small sink in the room and a shower hidden behind a curtain. On a positive note, the hotel staff performed excellently and were very helpful throughout our stay. If you looking for a true 4-star hotel, that place is not for you.

A fantastic cool hotel with lovely staff, nice atmosphere, great breakfast and coffee and really comfortable beds. We enjoyed every minute of the stay, the location is perfect! We even had a lovely balcony with great view - we are definitely coming back!

I loved this hotel - service was great with very helpful staff. We were on the third floor which meant that the nights the foyer becomes a club did not disturb our sleep. Rooms were well appointed with a bath included. In true Pigalle style it was a pole room (not used😀) in the foyer and lots of art. Very close to the metro.

Room tip: Catch the metro to Pigalle station. Also ask for a higher floor room.

The property is lacking in most estheticly pleasant elements. I can't believe it is associated with Marriott. Furniture in room was damaged plus sitting area lounge tattered. Stairway lounge and lower level lip lounge were in poor taste and excessive wear. Most importantly security is a risk, unauthorized and unannounced room access by maintenance services. No notice just a surprise person in your room when you are out and find them when you return. That's quite unacceptable! Staff, if you can identify them are so relaxed it's hard to determine who is a responsible person that represents the property. Definitely a disappointment to my party and I would think to Marriott brand.

Food options are very limited. The French toast was the only thing I found pleasing as a breakfast option.

Room tip: Many other properties close I could recommend.
