I can't say enough good stuff about this hotel. We were originally planning to stay in another hotel in the area but it turned out to be claustrophobic-producing and probably unsafe in a fire. So we forfeited the money and set out walking in the cold, rainy evening with our suitcases, hoping the Hotel Mom'Art would be better.
OMG! We were welcomed with open arms and allowed to see our room before committing to it. The room was everything we wanted and more- clean, comfortable, attractive, with a large bathroom and even a small patio. The concierge at the desk was always helpful with restaurants, taxis, etc. Breakfast was good, too. I highly recommend the Hotel Mom-Art.

I enter the hotel joyfully, a good start to my vacation. I ask the receptionist about my room, does match the i booked or no? He starts making fun of my question. HORRIBLE HE WAS MOCKING EVERYTHING. Not respectful.
I go to my room. Nice and clean, but not the same one i booked, way smaller. I was like i don’t wanna ruin my trip let’s enjoy our time.
The next day, i go out have some fun, when i returned to the hotel, the doo-gate- was closed, had to wait several minutes in the sun, IT WAS HOT. The same receptionist comes up, speaking to us in the worst possible way «  well, i had to go to the bathroom, there was no one but me, it’s logical to lock up the entire hotel ».

Good thing: they gave us a late check out.

Tip: don’t waste your vacation here.
