I booked the hotel through Luxury Escapes and opted for one of the Parisian Roof Suites.
The hotel was difficult to identify at first as there’s not really a sign telling you that’s the hotel. I was looking at it and struggling to identify it from the road.
Reception was great, check in was smooth and English speaking. We arrived via the Metro which was easy and efficient after taking the Eurostar over from London.
The room was on the sixth floor and the lift only goes to the fifth floor so you have to carry your bags up the extra flight but reception did offer to carry them up for us.
The room was big and spacious and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was big as was the shower. I’m not a particular lover of a shower curtain and prefer a screen but it was sufficient. Still water was provided in the room along with air conditioning and views were good from the floor.
We had breakfast included and that was amazing, definitely worth getting if you can with the room rate.
We even booked dinner one night in the hotel and that was good, a tapas style.
All the staff were pleasant and felt it was in a good location to all the attractions. We walked a lot which was a fine for us but there is plenty of ways to get around if required such a metro and taxis.
Upon departure you have to pay the City tax which was around 17 Euro for our three night stay and we flex out from Paris via the Metro and train.
I would stop in this hotel again.
