I've stayed at a lot of Ibis hotels, the Budget hotels are the lowest tier of hotels of the Ibis brand. My rating of very good means very good for a budget level hotel. We stayed in two different double rooms, one had the shower open right into the room and the toilet in a separate room. The other had a shower and toilet in a separate room. There is soap in a wall dispenser and they provide small towels. The bed is comfortable enough although I could have used another pillow. I couldn't find a hair dryer. Breakfast is extra so we passed.

The location is great if you need to be near the St. Jean train station, we were able to walk to the central part of town but it took 25-30 minutes. There is also a Relais bus that is 1.50€ per ride that goes right into the center about a block away. Dining options near the hotel are extremely limited. The train station is right across the street.

The wifi connection was fine on our 1st stay, non existent on the 2nd stay. The staff seemed to be aware of the problem but it was not fixed while we were there.
