We loved this hotel and the location was perfect. Great walking distance to everything. Staff were wonderful. Direct access to and from the airport right outside the door. Bus G one street over takes you to the train station. Transit and people in Bordeaux helpful and friendly!

Very nice modern looking hotel, with very nice staff in all its facilities, from reception to the restaurant and bar. Very spacious rooms, with soft and comfortable beds and pillows, which together with the quiet atmosphere achieved by a very good soundproofing of the rooms, allow a very good quality of sleep. The breakfast buffet is very good.

A great hotel, finally showing traits of what a 4 star hotel should look and feel like. Great location, friendly, happy, helpful staff, big, bright, clean rooms. Good quality tea and coffee. Love the communal kitchen with access to clean, cold filtered water and juice. Loads of charging facilities. The automatic vacuum in the hall is a funny but welcome sight. Pillows which don’t smell stale.
Only things I suggest is locking the huge bottles of gel and shampoo so uncivilized guests don’t tamper with them, putting the duvet in a cover rather than between two sheets which is annoying. Slippers since a trip or two to the kitchen is likely.

My wife and I stayed here due the exception value and location of the hotel. Just steps away from the hotel, you are in the heart of the energetic downtown area. Friendly and helpful staff who took time to explain the city and markup a map for us.
