Our stay was made amazing by the service we received from Saad at reception who went out of his way to help us. The location is also great, the rooms are nicely decorated. Really good shower.
I would say to the hotel management that although everything looks good, the room we were in (302) needed a few fixes, e.g bathrooms fittings were a bit loose, plug points not properly stuck to wall.
But it was the service that made the difference - thank you Saad!
Beautiful hotel and amazing staff . We throughly enjoyed our stay and will most certainly be back . I absolutely loved the art deco design . I shared a room with my mum and the street outside was very quiet so we had an amazing sleep. The dining room for breakfast was another surprise and the food was fabulous.
Staff were friendly and helpful always trying hard to please. Spoke both French and English fluently. This really helped us when we made a mistake with the booking dates. There was coffee and nibbles to refresh ourselves with and a lovely lounge area to sit in as they sorted out our problems.
The hotel Konti is perfectly situated in Bordeaux, for all amenities and attractions. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating, we would definitely stay at the Hotel Konti again.
We stayed in the sky suite, which has two bedrooms and access to a rooftop table and chairs. Whilst the weather wasn’t kind to us, outside wasn’t very inviting anyway and a bit tired. As one of the two bedrooms didn’t have a door (?) we thought the suite might have been better if it had had one bedroom and a separate sitting area/ sofa bed as even though there were two bedrooms there wasn’t that much actual space. There was no refrigerator either, which was a big miss.
What we liked about the hotel was its location, its friendly staff and general vibe. There was no bar, but a good bar next door and it’s bang in the middle of the city so the absence of a bar area didn’t really matter
