The location of the hotel was perfect, close to tram, carpark and restaurants.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful giving advice where to go and what to do.
We will definitely be returning to this hotel on our next trip to Bordeaux.
Hotel was very clean and rooms a good size for the middle of a city.

Great hotel in the middle of town. I booked the room in front on the first Floor with balcony. Spacious and superb atmosphere. Rooms on the back are not that comfortable. Small and view on technical installations. Better to pay a bit more. Extra friendly staff and divine cocktailbar downstairs. As if you are a time traveller 😊

- lovely period building in a great central location making it easy to walk everywhere.
- surrounded by lovely squares, shops, tram stops.
- free sparkling and cold water available 24/7 from a central filtered system which was great.
- hotel able to provide a tram ticket to get us to the airport (chargeable to room) which saved time.
- room has all the necessary facilities for a long weekend break.
Would definitely stay here again when we're next in Bordeaux.

The room was very clean and bed comfortable. Excellent breakfast, very good choice .Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good location. Hotel being on a quiet street meant no street noise during the night. Good value for money. We will recommend this hotel .

Lovely hotel. Rooms were comfortable and well designed, air con was effective too.
Staff were very helpful and kind, providing recommendations for dinner.
Bordeaux is a beautiful city and this hotel is a gem.
The bar within the hotel is well worth a visit too!
