A well located hotel for the centre of Bordeaux. Nice rooms, friendly staff, good bar and restaurant. Excellent free drinks idea for environmental use of towels! Check and out were simple and the one meal we had was really good and good value for money.

We stayed here in September 2023 and stayed as a couple. We were here for 5 days and used it as a base to explore Bordeaux.
Staff all very friendly.
Rooms very dark and small but clean. Hotel generally quite dated.
Bed was comfy.
Buffet breakfast below average. Not a bad selection but all pretty poor quality, we decided not to use it after day one despite paying for 5 days.
Very well located next to a tram stop. Also well within walking distance to explore Bordeaux.
For the price we paid I’d say reasonable but wouldn’t stay again.
Friendly staff, good instructions on how to get into the underground car park, very much central hotel, close to the cathedral and other sites as well as the tram network with stops near to the hotel. Good menu both food and drink and not too pricey. Room very spacious and clean. So all said a very good hotel that met our needs would recommend it! Also if you want a cheaper option the ibis budget hotel shares the same site.
We had a great experience at this hotel. Perfect location near tram lines and walking distance to centre of town. Breakfast was lovely and more than adequate. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Our hairdryers where broken but fixed immediately. Rooms a good size, air conditioned and very comfy beds. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
This ibis looks good at reception. But after that not good
My friends walked out of lift to dirty cotton buds on floir.their room smelt of smoking they had to move rooms.
My room was clean but being 72 I could not have a shower because it was over the half sized bath .there were no safety handles any where and no non slip mat not good .
I decided to gave breakfast could not find a plate and a look round I certainly was not the only one people were eating out of cereal bowls!
Heating trays had not been turned on so I managed to lift about two kilos of cold congealed bacon up out of its dish yuk
Scrambled egg was the same stone cold and one big lump.
Staff not really interested .
Did not go back a second time.
