Loved this hotel. Very clean, large clutter free bedroom, good bathroom with a bathtub, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and everything was good, the bed was comfy, bedroom n bathroom were spotless, housekeeping did a great job, breakfast buffet was yummy BUT they only had scrambled eggs (no omelettes/fried eggs) and unfortunately the egg boiler machine wasn’t working so there were no boiled eggs either, I requested the staff if they can get an omelette or boiled eggs for me as I couldn’t eat dairy. They said it’ll be separate as omelette and fried eggs aren’t included in the buffet. I said ok, not a problem. All three days i had eggs for breakfast, the chef was so sweet, she made special omelettes for me and when I was checking out, I found out they didn’t charge me for eggs at all. It was all complimentary. Super hospitality and super courteous staff. THANK YOU!!! Tram and bus station is nearby (hardly 3-5 min walk). The ONLY thing my husband and I DID NOT like was when the girl at the reception asked for the debit card and blocked 150 Euro as security deposit IMMEDIATELY without even informing us or asked for permission when we checked in and handed a receipt to me. When i asked her why has she made a transaction of 150, she said 50 euro per night. She didn’t tell us that before. I told her we have been staying in Accor hotels since last 20 days and every hotel took our card as security deposit but none of them actually blocked any amount. She said the amount will be released and it’ll be shown in my account INSTANTLY. She should have informed us BEFORE making the transaction. When we checked out they unblocked the amount. HOWEVER it took almost 5 working days to get the amount back into my account AFTER checking out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay in the same hotel again.
