Loved this hotel. Very clean, large clutter free bedroom, good bathroom with a bathtub, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and everything was good, the bed was comfy, bedroom n bathroom were spotless, housekeeping did a great job, breakfast buffet was yummy BUT they only had scrambled eggs (no omelettes/fried eggs) and unfortunately the egg boiler machine wasn’t working so there were no boiled eggs either, I requested the staff if they can get an omelette or boiled eggs for me as I couldn’t eat dairy. They said it’ll be separate as omelette and fried eggs aren’t included in the buffet. I said ok, not a problem. All three days i had eggs for breakfast, the chef was so sweet, she made special omelettes for me and when I was checking out, I found out they didn’t charge me for eggs at all. It was all complimentary. Super hospitality and super courteous staff. THANK YOU!!! Tram and bus station is nearby (hardly 3-5 min walk). The ONLY thing my husband and I DID NOT like was when the girl at the reception asked for the debit card and blocked 150 Euro as security deposit IMMEDIATELY without even informing us or asked for permission when we checked in and handed a receipt to me. When i asked her why has she made a transaction of 150, she said 50 euro per night. She didn’t tell us that before. I told her we have been staying in Accor hotels since last 20 days and every hotel took our card as security deposit but none of them actually blocked any amount. She said the amount will be released and it’ll be shown in my account INSTANTLY. She should have informed us BEFORE making the transaction. When we checked out they unblocked the amount. HOWEVER it took almost 5 working days to get the amount back into my account AFTER checking out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay in the same hotel again.

Service was very nice and helpful. Not too far from main Bordeaux tourist area, about a 10 minute walk. No lotion or conditioner in the room or upon request, so come prepared. Breakfast good, not many vegetarian options. Great stay, very comfortable and very clean.

Very centrally located. We booked for December and flight was cancelled and hotel kindly let us rebook for last weekend and even upgraded us on arrival to a privilege room. Very quiet and great sleep due to comfortable bed.

This hotel is not my usual choice for Bordeaux, but was a last minute booking. As I expected, it was very much a bland chain more frequented by business people - but you get what you pay for, which was a clean, spacious and well appointed room. A little restaurant which served a reasonable if limited choice dinner, drinks and smacks. Despite being close to the centre, it was just not close enough and walking to and from dinner in the centre at night it was too quiet for me, being in a commercial setting, and as an older single woman I did not feel that safe. Luckily I had a companion on this trip but I would not book again, preferring to choose accommodation in a busier area.

We checked in at their new style "reception" which is just a stand as you go into the hotel. I did feel sorry for the receptionist just standing all through their shift!!
The rooms and downstairs area have been refurbished since our last stay and look very elegant and good. Rooms are good size but obviously designed by a man as there is no plug for a hairdryer that is near a mirror...… We tried to book for New Year's Eve dinner but were informed that it was first come, first served and could not book a table so in case we could not eat that evening we decided on a restaurant elsewhere. The town is lovely but they are doing a lot of work on the way to town. The walk up to the river and along it is beautiful. Would definitely return again.

Regarding check in, our new process able us to be in mobilitywhen we make check in but, we can also seat everywhere we want in the lobby to take time with you, or to work.

Regarding the diner, in fact we could not accept any booking just because we had a lot of last time cancellation that does not helps you to really know how many people we can serve.

The staff were extremely welcoming , as with many hotels in the accor chain these days, check in on line is offered and there is the possibility that you feel you have missed the check in desk as it is so small. We had a great room very comfy bed, extremely clean and there is a car park where guests can park in a special area for a set price.
