Perfect location, good size room, on pedestrian area and actually very quiet. We ate breakfast out except one day and there was plenty of choices. The rooms have no view but light comes in the window. Front desk was very friendly and gave us a map. 2 nights 3 days was perfect stay.
Bathtub is real slippery but that seems to be the case everywhere in France. Very reasonable prices. Breakfast was pricey and I wish we had gone to a cafe.

A surprising gem! Well located, staff who couldn't do enough for you and very well appointed rooms (if you get a refurbed one).
Really couldn't fault it.
The hotel's parking option is a bit off trek (10 mins or so from the property) and you must pre book to get the discounted rate (which is a very reasonable 15e per day).

The receptionist Leslie Anne was excellent and did everything to make us happy. As we are supposed to eat in our bedroom, she was kind enough to open our wine bottle. The breakfast service on the first floor was very well organised by Cristina who is very polite and kind. It was a perfect place to stay even though we had to park in a public parking 800m away. It is a very easy walk through the pedestrian streets. The hotel gives a discount on the daily charge so it is reasonable just 15 euros a day.

I spent 2 nights with a friend in the hotel, and we were totally satisfied - apart from one thing, which resulted in 4 stars instead of the 5 stars I would have given. Our main reason for visiting Bordeaux this time was the newly opened Bassins des Lumieres, and the young woman in receptions gave us totally wrong directions, so we walked for 45 minutes and ended up on the wrong side of the building, with just 15 minutes to spare for our time of entry, and another half hours walk to reach the entrance! . Fortunately a very nice young man offered us a lift, otherwise we would have had to forego our visit.
But apart from this, everything was fine. Great location smack in the middle of the busy main street, with shopping and restaurants galore.
