If you come with your family to Bordeaux and you want to stay near in an decent place, try this place. The good is that there is free parking, the room is comfortable and comes with a small kitchenette with some utensils, and it is very quiet at night; the not so good is that the A.C. didn't work and the shower doesn't have a curtain.

If you want to go to downtown Bordeaux you can take public transportation (it costs $4.70 for the day pass) or you can rent a city bike for $1.70 for 24 hours (they are located by the tram stop)

There’s loads of decent cheap places to stay in Bordeaux. This isn’t one.
We needed an overnight stay for 5 as we head south and an apartment seemed a good idea. We had a 2 bedroom job with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was noisy. But luckily drowned out by the noise of drag racing, general traffic, a giant AC unit spinning up every 20 minutes and several trucks from the gravel plant across the way perfecting rally technique and testing their rev limiters. Btw you have no choice but to open the windows as there’s no AC or fans.
It’s cheap and can sleep 6 but you might struggle to actually get any sleep.

We had no choice but to stay here after missing a flight and staying in a area of France we didn’t know with children. We stayed one night checked in late and checked out as early as we could definitely will never be repeated rooms stink and linen filthy location is poor filled with drag races at night overall a terrible experience couldn’t wait to leave breakfast was as bad as expected save ur money book else where or at least use McDonald’s for breakfast.
