The hotel is well located right next to the tram station, is well connected to the city centre or any other places, location wise, is a good option, however, the area looks a bit rough but it’s ok. The service, we arrived late during the night, the picture in the wall had more customer service than the receptionist, a deposit must be paid 100 euros, to get it back, you need to clean your dishes and which is fair… and emptied your bin, like…? Am I on holidays? Getting the bin emptied (which wouldn’t bothering me) but I am renting a space to get rest and be free of my daily activities, it should be part of the service to empty the bins…
I am working in hospitality for almost 9 years now, aparhotels, we never ever, ask the guest to empty their bins, we do understand they either being there for leisure or business, even worst if they are there for holidays, what you want is definitely doing nothing but relax!!! Taking the bins out of the studio/ apartment is part of our service… and you cannot condition anybody with a deposit for that, I am so sorry but that’s RIDICULOUS!!!!
The bed was super uncomfortable, mattress had some holes… the smell of the apartment was bad, we reported it, answer: nothing to do…
Sofa, had stains and in bad conditions.
we got the place for a very reasonable price, but it doesn’t mean the cleaning should be poor and having ridiculous conditions for a deposit! I have been very lucky to stay in different hoteles and hostels with low rate than this one and very few times I got what I paid, but deffo for being on holidays I wouldn’t expect it.
