We chose this place because it was cheap and we wanted to spend the night in Bordeaux cycling round.
On arrival the staff were very friendly, they explained very well how to get to our room.
Our room was of a good size for the price, a good bathroom and a kitchenette. The room was clean and the bed linen good.
There was an area inside the building where we could store our bicycles which was good. Parking was free, which is great if your on a budget in Bordeaux.
We didn't have breakfast so I cant comment on that but overall it was a very enjoyable stay and we will go back.
Highly recommended if you are on a budget and want somewhere with easy access to the center and the quays

It does exactly what it says - clean, functional and close to the Centre of Bordeaux with ample parking.

The rooms are well maintained and show little signs of wear & tear. Booking staff are helpful and have decent English for when our French is at a loss for words.

Not a 5 star hotel but a great budget friendly find while traveling around western France for a few weeks.

ResidHotel is what it says on the packet, a good, very clean place to stay, not very far from Bordeaux Centre - 4 stops by tram - it provides a very good reception, with pleasant receptionists behind the desk who are very helpful, smiling and definitively at the service of the clients. The rooms are immaculately clean, the little kitchenettes are small but well equipped , the bathroom are clean and tidy. A perfect mini appartement/hotel for a long week-end. Everything works and the breakfast provide all that breakfast should be. Style wise, it is completely plain and simple. Beds are huge. Linens are immaculate.

Nice and clean rooms, silent background and easy to arrive to the tram station... You have everything you want in this hotel, during a city break in Bordeaux. You can have a good breakfast every morning and you can sleep without noise each night.

Room tip: take a room to quieter floors

"Residhotel" is not a hotel, it uses more the concept of a studio. That means that there is not a daily cleaning service included, it means you have to put out the trash yourself (in containers in front of the hotel),...
The room and bathroom are somewhat demodated but it's OK for the price.
The neighborhood is somewhat rough but it seems safe.
Public transportation is very close and good organized. For 1,60€ you get within 10 minutes into the center of Bordeaux.
