A very pleasant place to stay for 3 adults in a very convenient location for pedestrian access to the city, with a tram very near the hotel for simple access to the airport. Staff were very helpful and the room was pleasant; the fridge and dishwasher were very useful during our stay. The sheets covering the single sofabed could be improved upon but this did not detract significantly from our stay. Would recommend and would certainly stay again.
Good location within easy walking distance to the centre and river. We had booked a bed apartment for a four night stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and had a small well equipped kitchenette. On arrival we were greeted by being told we needed to leave a credit card open with them as deposit to cover any damages during our stay, that there would be no fresh towel changes and no room service or cleaning unless we paid an additional charge. They also said we could have reduced price entrance to an Egyptian virtual experience next to the hotel if we booked through the hotel reception. Not the most welcoming check-in but it was honest. When it was time to check out, we asked reception about booking a taxi to the airport for us. When we enquired about the cost, they quoted €45 so we booked our own for about €20. The train would have been even cheaper but would have meant quite a walk with bags in hot weather. We had a great time exploring Bordeaux and the region and would definitely return. However due to the initial welcome and hidden extra costs, we would stay elsewhere.
A very welcoming hotel indeed. The two receptionists on the desk were so helpful when I realised I’d forgotten our electrical chargers. Efficient, effective, warm and with a sense of humour.
Our studio is well organised and airy with a spacious bathroom. Top class!
We were quite happy with the hotel. The location is excellent, we mostly walked, but the tram was also easily available. The room was large enough and the kitchenette was fine, because we liked to have breakfast in the room. What we missed were a small sink in the toilet and a coat rack by the door. The service was also quite ok.

We stayed here for 5 nights and returned yesterday. The hotel is in a great location and easy to get too from the airport (Tram A right outside the airport and get off at Mariadeck) the room was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. Totally chilled stay and will definitely stay again when we return.
I used the fitness room once it was small but adequate for a cardio workout, no weights though and one lift was out of service the duration of our stay, we didn’t think it was a big problem though to be honest. English speaking staff on reception were great too. Definitely recommend
