Although the reception area is minimal, the reception by the staff was friendly with a smile. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Within walking distance are several restaurants and a pub.To go to the centre of Manchester is very easy with the Didsbury Tram nearby.

Julie on the front desk is most welcoming and always gave us service with a smile. She was very helpful during our stay and nothing was too much trouble, I would certainly stay here again. Great location with good transport, choice of restaurants and Cineworld Cinema on the complex.

Needed a room in South Manchester for a Saturday night. Was able to get a accommodation for 3 in one room which saved a bit. Rate was a bit steep but price probably reflects demand when there is a game on in the City.

Thank you again for another very enjoyable stay, as always everything was very good-room and staff were perfect. Great location too for the city and the country. This time we did lots of walking along the river Mersey and we visited Styal's Quarry Bank Mill.

Have used this hotel for several years for our annual Christmas markets trip. Good clean and comfortable. There is road noise as it's on a very busy junction but it's so convenient for the tram stop (just over the road) . Jonathan on reception is so helpful and friendly - all staff were friendly. Pub next door didn't start serving breakfast until 12 - they are missing out on business I feel but Jonathan told us about alternatives and it's only a short tram ride into town with unlimited choices. We will visit again.
