Ordered a whopper the bun was that stale it just all broke up on the first bite, had to throw away, won’t go there again only good thing chips where hot, plus the price was twice as expensive as mc Donald’s

First visit fries were cold, just been today asked if they could make sure the fries were hot. I looked at menu and the double chilli cheese melt looked amazin and very mouth watering couldn’t wait to get home, disappointment wasn’t the word... see pic

just driven to Fulwood with two small children. Placed our order two adults and two children. Order passed over in a bag and then two children’s drinks. Window then closed. Sat there until it reopened and asked for adult drinks. Arrived home to find NO adult meals were in the bag. Paid £19.96. Not amused, can’t drive back with two small children.

Delicious food apart from my support worker asking for her coffee three times and she asked for a Receipt Scrunched it up and Chucked it in the bin and some of the buttons on the soft drinks machine wasn’t working would definitely coming here again but the staff need to up there game and service skills and provide napkins
