We loved staying here! This is a very comfortable 3 level townhouse right on the Mill river Avon in the quaint town of Tewkesbury.
The house looks out over the Severn Hams where sheep and cattle graze and people walk along the river bank. The high street is a few minutes walk away where you will find a choice of pubs, restaurants and shops.
There is a well equipped kitchen and the owners Alex and Nick kindly stock the fridge with bread, milk, eggs, butter and a bottle of bubbly for the start of your holiday. They are easily contactable if you need help but do not intrude.
There are 3 televisions and a couple of iPod docks so all the family can have fun on different levels.
Tewkesbury is well situated to explore the Cotswolds, and many lovely regions nearby.
We thoroughly recommend Wharf House for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

We rented Wharf House for the Cheltenham Festival week and stayed in Tewkesbury for the first time. The duplex apartment is just behind the High Street but is on the river and views of it and open fields beyond. The property was clean and modern, had wifi and there was a nice welcome pack in the fridge. My only observations, which I must state didn't affect our visit whatsoever, were that the bathroom was a little small and if you have mobility issues, there are a lot of stairs. I was on crutches and in a cast so that noticed more than it would have otherwise. This was absolutely ideal for our visit and was at the top end of holiday rental properties I've stayed in before so I can highly recommend it.
