The BEST ever Reception I have experienced in over 30 years of Hotels & B&B's

If I was to explain just how amazing the Manageress was, people would think we was related.
Above & beyond customer service.
A real pleasure, these days to experience the younger generation caring so much to offer such a warm & welcoming service.

Very satisfied

Staff were helpful and friendly.
Our stay was very enjoyable and will make a return visit to this hotel. The room which we were allocated no.105 was close to the boilers and with the noise my wife found it difficult to get to sleep. However, when this was brought to receptionist attention we were moved to another room.

A breakaway in Wexford

We stayed for 2 nights in the Talbot Hotel Wexford recently, it is a fabulous hotel with very friendly, helpful staff, especially Terry and Janus in the bar. We ate both nights in the bar and the staff were so nice. The food was delicious with very generous portions. Our family room (myself, my mum & my two sons) was spotless clean and the beds were so comfortable. One of my sons is autistic so I had a few special requests which were no problem for the staff in the hotel. 10 out of 10, I would highly recommend the Talbot Wexford.

Short break

Excellent staff helps enjoyment, good food selection to choose from. Good base to work from easy walking distance to shopping lovely walk along sea harbour wall. Nice drives to see other areas of Wexford

Disappointed with room

We stayed in room 512 and it was so disappointing. It felt depressing it was so dark, gloomy and tiny, for the money we paid it was a complete rip off, the bathroom was so small we kept hitting off the corner of the sink when we went in. My advise is if your staying here and are given room 512 do not accept it it certainly is NOT a nice room and definitely NOT worth the money that we got charged for it.
On the plus side the staff were lovely and the food was very good, Good location to town.
